- Manage the admission process for a portfolio of academic programs in coordination with relevant departments, applying established admission criteria to ensure fairness and consistency. • Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries from prospective students, their families, and academic advisors via phone and email. • Review and process applications, verifying academic qualifications and the authenticity of submitted documents in accordance with university regulations. • Accurately enter admission decisions and generate offer letters using the Student Information System. • Monitor applicant responses and provide regular reports to colleges and departments regarding application status. • Prepare periodic statistical reports on admissions data to support planning and decision-making. • Represent the university at educational fairs and outreach events to attract prospective students. • Contribute to the review and enhancement of admissions policies and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. • Support quality improvement efforts by monitoring performance indicators and addressing feedback related to the admissions process.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong command of English (spoken and written) • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems • Strong organizational and time management skills
