We are seeking a dedicated and versatile All-Around Support Assistant to provide comprehensive support to management in both professional and personal matters. This role is highly dynamic and requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working beyond standard office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to management in daily tasks and errands
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and reminders
- Assist with household, lifestyle, and personal requirements as needed
- Coordinate events, meetings, and special projects
- Handle documentation, emails, and reports with confidentiality
- Be available to support outside regular office hours when required
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage diverse responsibilities
- High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Flexibility with working hours (including evenings/weekends if needed)
