Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our thriving real estate team in Dubai. You will manage daily office tasks, coordinate schedules, handle property listings, and assist with a touch of telesales, ensuring seamless operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence with clients and vendors.
- Schedule meetings and maintain team calendars.
- Create and manage property listings, including updates and uploads.
- Prepare and organize property contracts, leases, and reports.
- Conduct light telesales to follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client data.
- Assist with marketing materials and property documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies and support team logistics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Basic telesales experience or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Knowledge of real estate listing platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in real estate.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
