Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in UAE real estate sales or telesales, with strong communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate real estate leads.
- Present and promote properties to clients professionally.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain and update the client database accurately.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales/telesales in the UAE.
- Arab female candidates preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of Dubai/ UAE real estate market is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
