We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Arabic Female Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at our perfume factory. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for perfumes, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales strategies. The role will involve promoting and selling our high-quality fragrance products to customers, distributors, and retailers in both local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to promote and sell the perfume products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the perfume products, their unique selling points, and market trends to effectively present and sell the products to clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets through strategic planning and proactive sales activities.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Negotiation and Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maximizing company profit margins.
- Sales Reports: Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products to clients and alignment with customer needs.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any client concerns or issues related to product quality or delivery.
