Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and bookings with professionalism and warmth
- Achieve monthly booking targets and maximize appointment schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every client feels valued.
- Manage complaints in a professional, solution-focused manner.
- Support daily reception and front desk operations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- VERY STRONG SALES SKILLS, CONFIDENT AND STRONG PERSONALITY.
- VERY STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS, dedicated and willing to over-achieve targets.
- Goal-driven, organized, and proactive
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
