Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a designated geographical area. The role involves managing sales teams, setting and achieving targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support a team of sales representatives or store managers within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve area targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Identify business opportunities, new markets, and potential clients to grow the customer base.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE driving license
