We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Manager - Sales (Duct Heaters & VAV) to expand our market presence and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving business targets for Duct Heaters & VAV systems.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Collaborate with the design/application team to provide customized solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and project opportunities in the HVAC sector.
- Generate regular sales reports and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in HVAC sales, with proven exposure to Duct Heaters, VAV, or Air Distribution products.
- Strong network with consultants, MEP contractors, and project clients in the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Must hold UAE driving license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
