Job Responsibility:
- Process /resolve all assigned requests/complaints in CRM within TAT .
- Managing customer requirement from receipt of request/Deal to verification and closure stage.
- Follow up with concern team to ensure card issuance processed within VIP TAT.
- Once card number issued ensure to verify all customer details (Limit ,Name, Skyward number, DDA)
- Perform welcome call to customer and guide him for card activation.
- Provide brief about card product/benefits along with cycle date/due date.
- Drive the team to encourage the spend of VIP customers
- Monitor, detect and understand card production issues & fix them permanently.
- Analyze complaints to identify the root causes and core process issues, and make appropriate system or process changes to resolve the same permanently
- Preparing monthly reports on the nature and volume of VIP complaints and ensure potential VIP customers are identified
- Day to day operations of the cards business including reward operations and dispute management
- Handle and ensure that all BAU operations are conducted in a seamless fashion with no customer issues while all Bank processes are followed. Ensure continuous enhancement is conducted in the technology and operations for Credit & Debit Cards
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor Graduate
- Experience in Cards sourcing /Policy and Core banking systems (CRM / Way 4 / Finacle )
