· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the reservations department for FIT, group, and corporate bookings.
· Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport, tour operators) for availability, special requests, and negotiations.
· Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, hotels, and travel partners to secure competitive rates and availability.
· Monitor and control room allotments, releases, and stop-sell dates to maximize profitability.
· Implement booking strategies based on market demand, client requirements, and seasonal trends.
· Maintain and update contracts and rates in the reservation system.
· Handle complex bookings, special requests, VIP arrangements, and last-minute changes.
· Manage inventory, resolve overbooking situations, and handle customer complaints effectively.
· Prepare regular reports on booking status, occupancy rates, and revenue forecasts.
· Collaborate with the sales and operations team to align on tour planning and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reservations within a DMC, travel agency, or hospitality industry.
