Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager - Commercial Refrigeration

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration & Revenue Growth – Secure orders for high-efficiency condensing-unit packages by engaging refrigeration contractors and small to medium food-retail chains.
- Contractor Network Development – Identify, qualify and deepen relationships with UAE-based refrigeration contractors, OEM panel builders and key traders to expand our reach.
- Proactive Project Scouting– Continuously monitor the market for unpublicized new-build or retrofit opportunities—through site visits, contractor conversations, social-media activity and word-of-mouth—and position our solution early in the design cycle.
- Value-Based Technical Selling – Prepare load calculations, ROI analyses and life-cycle-cost models that highlight performance, energy-efficiency and serviceability advantages.
- Lead-Generation Activities – Plan and deliver trainings, seminars, site demos and digital campaigns that create pull demand and generate qualified contractor leads.
- Pipeline & Market Intelligence – Maintain an accurate 90-day forecast in CRM and supply regular updates on pricing trends, specification shifts and competitor strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 7–10 years in commercial refrigeration sales, application engineering, or project execution within the UAE, ideally with reputed manufacturers, distributors, or contracting firms.
Education: Degree or diploma in Mechanical / Refrigeration Engineering (or equivalent).
Network: Established contacts among refrigeration contractors, specialist wholesalers, and small food-retail operators.
Mobility: Valid UAE driver’s license; willing to travel across all Emirates ~60 % of the time.
Languages: English, Hindi, Arabic (Plus)
