- Assist Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring adequate coverage.
- Assist with salon inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring product stock levels, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the client and the salon.
