We’re looking for a Salon Manager to help grow our client's home service salon business by building partnerships, increasing client bookings, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Salon Owner in driving business growth through lead generation, partnerships, and strategic planning.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including collaborations with residential communities, corporate offices, and events.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase bookings and customer retention.
- Manage client communications, inquiries, and feedback to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
- Track daily sales, analyze trends, and provide reports and insights to optimize performance.
- Oversee scheduling of home service appointments and manage logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support promotional campaigns, social media efforts, and seasonal offers to boost visibility and revenue.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service—preferably in the beauty, wellness, or home service sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or salon software is a plus.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a customer-first mindset.
