We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the Project Manager to support in project planning, reporting, coordination, and commercial tracking. The ideal candidate will be skilled in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day operations, planning, and monitoring of projectprogress.
•Prepare and maintain commercial and progress reports on a fortnightly and quarterly basis.
•Develop, update, and present professional PowerPoint presentations for management review meetings.
•Track project schedules, milestone achievements, and delays, ensuring timely reporting.
•Maintain coordination among internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
•Support in the preparation and review of invoices, variation claims, and commercial documentation.
•Ensure proper documentation and filing of project records, correspondences, and reports.
•Contribute to risk assessments and assist in updating the project risk register.
•Attend site/project meetings and prepare meeting minutes as required.
•Analyze and summarize key commercial indicators and KPIs.
