Role Summary:
We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and support business growth at our luxury shoe and bag care spa. This role is both staff- and client-facing, involving service quality, team supervision, and expansion support.
Key Duties:
- Oversee daily service operations and staff coordination
- Handle client interactions and resolve issues
- Budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning
- Support service improvements and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in operations or service roles
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
