Associate - Tax Advisory (Corporate Taxes)
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in our tax advisory team for various aspects of tax services operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work on corporate tax planning and compliance.
- Develop strategies for effective and efficient handling of direct taxes.
- Participate in projects on transfer pricing, including planning, documentation, and dispute resolution.
- Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
- Work closely with other departments to provide integrated tax solutions.
- Take ownership of the timely delivery of client mandates, including the execution and review of team members' work
- Prepare and present reports and presentations for clients
- Participate in client meetings, providing insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
- Motivated self-starter with a strong desire to lead and grow in the tax advisory industry
- A qualified tax professional or licensed accountant or pursuing with 1 to 2 years of experience in Direct taxes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in successfully delivering client mandates within specified timelines
- Strong drafting skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly to clients and stakeholders
