Description Job Summary: The Group Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tax compliance affairs for the Group, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and supporting business operations. This role involves active participation in tax compliance processes, contributing to tax-related projects, and providing tax support to internal stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Compliance Manage the Group's day-to-day tax affairs, including the group’s tax compliance and related processes. Assist in the preparation and review of the group’s Corporate Tax Compliance filings. Assist in the readiness of OECD Pillar 2 Tax filings, which includes collecting the relevant Pillar 2 data, aligning with our portfolio companies on local Pillar 2 Compliances (registration, DMTT filings, provisioning, Owning and preparing the process of transfer pricing documentation, including master file, local files, country-by-country reporting, and relevant Pillar 2 Compliance obligations (i.e. entity classifications, registrations with authorities, GIR return, DMTT, etc.). ensuring overall tax compliance. Assist in the preparation and review of VAT returns filings, including e-invoicing implementation projects in several jurisdictions. Maintaining and executing the Group's tax control framework. Support with Quarter End Closing and prepare tax provisions and forecasts. Advisory Support the implementation efforts related to new tax regulations. Contribute to the design and implementation of Operational Transfer Pricing initiatives. Partner with and manage relationships with external tax advisors and assist with interactions with Tax Authorities as needed. Support efforts to pursue refunds, credits, and incentives as the company enters new markets or locations. Collaborate closely with the Corporate Accounting, Legal, and FP&A teams, as well as local Tax and Finance teams. Stay informed of new tax legislation and regulations to be the to-go-to person for tax matters. Requirements Your Qualifications Bachelors’ degree in Tax Economics/Accounting. Formal tax qualification / membership from CTA, IFA, NOB, or similar body is preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Big Four Tax firm, and / or as an in-house tax professional with an international organization. Experienced in operating with the top levels within an organization; experienced in people management for regular contact with employees, managers and executives across all functions and geographies of the organization, both remotely and in person. Accustomed to regular external contact with Tax Authorities, government agencies, lawyers, and 3rd party service providers. Your Proficiencies Good finance/tax knowledge along with well-developed IT skills with SAP, Oracle, Cognos and/or MS Office. Strong focus on Compliance. Proven ability to take ownership of a project from start to completion. Analytical, strong attention to detail, strategic thinking and problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage virtual teams.
