Job Summary:
We are looking for a Collection Assistant that plays a key role in ensuring timely collection of payments, supporting field collection activities, and assisting in operational and administrative duties. The role includes coordination with clients, depositing collected payments, supporting internal departments, and performing various errands as required by management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients regarding pending invoices through calls and messages.
- Visit clients for field collection of payments when required.
- Provide regular updates to the finance department about the payment status of clients.
- Deposit collected cash payments to the company bank account without delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client communications.
- Assist in preparing weekly collection reports and summaries.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for account or billing issues.
- Pick up materials or items purchased by the procurement/purchase team.
- Serve as a driver for VIP clients visiting the office, warehouse, or showroom.
- Perform other tasks or errands as mandated by management and executives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in accounting or logistics is a plus.
- 1–2 years experience in collections, logistics, or office support (UAE experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and recordkeeping.
- Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle cash transactions responsibly.
- A valid UAE driving license (manual or automatic) is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
