Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues in cars, trucks, and other vehicles
- Install and maintain electrical systems, including lighting, alarms, GPS systems, and wiring
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to pinpoint faults
- Replace or repair faulty wiring, components, or control units
- Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with mechanics and other team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an auto electrician or similar role
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and wiring schematics
- Experience with diagnostic tools and software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Certification or diploma in auto electrical or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage
