Full Job Description
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp) for renovation projects, including interior fit-outs for residential and commercial properties such as bathrooms and kitchens.
- Develop and update civil and renovation design drawings based on client requirements, sales manager inputs, or project supervisor specifications.
- Provide drafting support for MEP systems (e.g., electrical wiring, plumbing layouts, HVAC ducting) when required, ensuring integration with renovation designs.
- Prepare initial quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for renovation projects, with occasional MEP-related updates, revising as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Acknowledge payment plans, generate invoices, and ensure timely client payments in accordance with contract terms.
- Maintain regular communication with project supervisors and renovation teams to ensure designs align with on-site progress and client expectations.
- If required conduct site visits and coordinate meetings with clients, designers, and technical teams to verify that renovation work adheres to 2D/3D plans.
- Design and plan interior layouts, finishes, and fixtures (e.g., tiling, cabinetry, partitions) based on client preferences and industry standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials for renovation and MEP components meet design specifications.
- Identify and resolve design or technical issues during project progression, updating 2D/3D drawings and quotations as required.
- Assist with the coordination of material orders and deliveries for renovation projects, with occasional support for MEP installations as directed by the project manager.
- Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and WEFIX quality standards for renovations and MEP systems.
- Update design drawings and quotations to finalize solutions, preparing for project handover and final invoicing.
- Hand over completed project designs, maintaining client communication to ensure satisfaction with WEFIX’s renovation services and explore opportunities for repeat business or partnerships.
Proficiency in 3D and 2D drafting for renovation projects is a priority.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- AutoCad for Renovation & Civil: 3 years (Preferred)
