Job Summary:
The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. The SA will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information about services.
Service Coordination: Liaise between customers and service teams to ensure timely and high-quality service.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally and work with the team to resolve concerns effectively.
Follow-ups: Ensure regular follow-ups with customers about ongoing services, updates, and post-service feedback.
Sales & Upselling: Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience.
Documentation & Records: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and feedback.
Customer Satisfaction: Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve services and customer retention.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an automotive garage ( Service Advisor or sales).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive services and repairs.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
