Job Title: Service Advisor
Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor who is fluent in Arabic, to join our multi-brand car garage team. The Service Advisor will act as the main point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of automotive services, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs.
- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any changes to estimated costs or repair timelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain comprehensive service records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Arabic language proficiency
- Diploma/BE or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Bodyshop advisor role.
- Strong understanding of automotive services and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with automotive software systems is a plus.
- A valid UAE driver’s license will be an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
