What You will Do:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and approach potential clients to expand our business
- Client Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value local and global clients
- Sales & Negotiation – Present tailored promotional product solutions and close large deals
- Market Research – Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide innovative solutions
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders
- Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management
Preferred Background:
- Education: A graduate degree is preferred
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in e-commerce or Print-on-demand
- Hard Skills
- Fluent English: written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Proven negotiation and contract management expertise
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of promotional products and print-on-demand is preferred
- Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Proficient with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic Excel / BI dashboards for pipeline and performance tracking
- Comfortable navigating diverse procurement processes and tender frameworks across international markets
