Responsibilities
Build and close strategic sponsorships across our Pod Show series (Tech, Real Estate, Wellness, F&B, Influencers, Women Entrepreneurs & more)
Engage and grow C-level partnerships with brands, VCs, startups, and ecosystem enablers
Own revenue targets and unlock new business verticals
Identifying potential sponsors by researching and shortlisting companies whose brand values align with Pod Show themes.
Creating strong sponsorship proposals that clearly show benefits like brand visibility, lead generation, and access to a targeted audience.
Pitching to decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and calls to explain the value of sponsoring Pod Show events.
Negotiating sponsorship deals by discussing investment, deliverables, and timelines that work for both sides.
Ensuring all sponsor commitments are fulfilled, including branding, social media mentions, podcast shoutouts, and event presence.
Tracking the performance of each sponsorship using clear metrics like reach, engagement, and audience feedback.
Preparing post-event reports to show sponsors the value they received and support future renewals.
Collaborate with content, design, and production teams for seamless event execution
Pitch, negotiate, and customize value-driven brand integrations for maximum impact.
Focusing on building long-term partnerships that can grow across multiple Pod Show events.
Qualifications
2+ years of B2B sponsorship sales experience (media/events/podcasts preferred)
Strong network of decision-makers across industries
Excellent storytelling, pitching, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with an ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Passion for community building, content, and business events
