Let’s Bake Cake is hiring a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing bakery team. This role requires fluency in Arabic and excellent communication skills to ensure a warm and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in customers and answer inquiries politely
- Manage incoming calls, take cake orders, and schedule pickups
- Coordinate with decorators and kitchen team for order accuracy
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and inviting
- Maintain order records and assist with daily admin tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is an advantage)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in a bakery, hospitality, or front desk role preferred
- Friendly, presentable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer and WhatsApp usage required
