Barista & Administration (3 Years Experience)
Position Summary:
The Barista & Administration role combines excellent customer service with basic administrative support for daily café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and stock control.
- Handle POS system, billing, and basic record keeping.
- Support café administration tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Barista with administrative duties.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and café operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office / POS systems).
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods effectively.
