Job Summary
We are seeking an engaging, polished, and multilingual Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
- Craft exceptional coffee and espresso-based beverages with consistency and care
- Engage warmly with guests, providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming coffee station
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Contribute to seasonal drink development and presentation innovation
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Speciality Barista
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
