The Beauty Salon Supervisor will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring the smooth operation of the salon based in Business Bay. The ideal candidate will combine excellent organizational abilities with leadership and sales skills to drive performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership
- Supervise a multi-functional team (therapists, drivers, marketing and booking managers).
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and maintain a positive work environment. Conduct regular staff meetings and handle daily task allocation and scheduling.
Operations Oversight
- Oversee all day-to-day salon operations, ensuring service delivery is efficient and aligned with standards.
- Coordinate logistics with drivers and manage scheduling of mobile/home service appointments. Ensure health, hygiene, and safety protocols are always maintained.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Work closely with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Drive sales through performance monitoring, upselling strategies, and client retention initiatives. Address and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordination with Marketing & Bookings
- Liaise with the Marketing Manager to execute promotions, campaigns, and brand initiatives. Supervise booking managers to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and client communication.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate reports on staff attendance, client feedback, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a beauty, wellness, or service-focused environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 10 or more people.
- Strong background in sales, customer service, and operations.
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, basic office software, and CRM systems.
