Biomedical Analyst

Overview

Job Description

• Participation in research projects and laboratory activities on issues of rejection after stem cell transplantation, immune cell interactions, tumor immunology and hematological neoplasms
• Conducting laboratory analyses/certain analytical methods, in particular cell culture, flow cytometry, animal experiments (mouse), histology, characterization of immune cells (especially T cells and dendritic cells), RNA seq
• Collaboration in quality assurance
• Maintenance of laboratory equipment and laboratory areas
• Organizational and administrative tasks

Job Requirements

• Completed training as a biomedical analyst
• Entry in the health professions register
• Experience ideally in cell culture, flow cytometry, RNA seq, PCR, laboratory organization
• (Profound) experience in the processing and analysis (including functional assays) of various immune cells (e.g. T cells)
