Job Description:
A Bouncer is responsible for maintaining security and order in bars, clubs, events, or venues. They check IDs, monitor guest behavior, control entry, and handle conflicts to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify age and identification of guests before entry.
- Maintain order and enforce venue rules.
- Monitor crowd behavior and prevent disturbances.
- Handle conflicts or unruly guests calmly and professionally.
- Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations.
- Collaborate with management and law enforcement if needed.
Qualifications:
Experience as a door supervisor in a pub, restaurant or hotel lobby.
Immediate joiner.
Must be physically strong and confident in wearing the uniform.
