The Role
We are currently supporting an international US law firm in hiring a junior Business Development Coordinator for their Dubai office. This is a full-time opportunity for a UAE National with strong attention to detail and an interest in supporting their legal marketing and client development. About the Role: This position will support the regional business development and marketing activities, including: 1. Assisting with proposals, client briefings, and internal presentation materials 2. Updating lawyer bios, marketing collateral, and client contact databases 3. Supporting events, sponsorships, and legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500) 4. Helping coordinate newsletters, client alerts, and client-facing communications 5. Managing administrative support tasks such as tracking activities, invoices, and reports 6. The role involves working closely with lawyers and BD professionals across the region.
Requirements
1. UAE National (Family Book required) 2. Bachelor’s degree preferred 3. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, BD, legal admin, or secretarial work 4. Strong written and spoken English and Arabic, with excellent formatting and proofreading skills 5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines 6.
