Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong engineering background and commercial acumen to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise to understand complex engineering services and solutions, coupled with the business mindset to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Environmental Solutions, and Industrial Services sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including sales pipelines and revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive business growth.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in Oil & Gas, Environmental Solutions, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions in a clear, concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
