Business Development Executive (Immediate)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct market research and proactive outreach to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Present and promote company offerings, customizing solutions to align with client needs
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals
- Maintain up-to-date records of client communications and sales progress via CRM systems
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements as needed
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 2–3 years of proven experience in business development or sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Highly driven, self-starter with a results-focused mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
