Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to manage and lead the recruitment process for a dynamic real estate organization. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, including sales, property management, marketing, and corporate functions. This role plays a critical part in building a high-performing workforce that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles in the real estate sector, including sales agents, property consultants, leasing executives, marketing specialists, and administrative roles.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skills fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, scheduling with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, and coordinate offer approvals and onboarding.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs and present insights to improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition campaigns.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters, as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with at least 5+ years in the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring real estate professionals as well as other white-collar positions across corporate functions.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and hiring regulations.
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Naukrigulf, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of real estate licensing requirements and certifications.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
