We’re seeking a driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. If you’re a confident closer with DxB market experience and a passion for client relationships—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify prospects, pitch services, and close deals
- Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with property managers, FM firms, and corporate clients
- Market Expansion: Research trends, target new segments, and support strategic growth initiatives
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare quotations, conduct meetings, and finalize contracts
- Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, upsell services, and manage renewals
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with operations and report on sales performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, or industrial service sectors is a plus
