We are looking for Civil Foreman with experience in infrastructure related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site activities for roads, drainage, water, sewerage, and other civil works.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, surveyors, and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and site productivity.
- Conduct daily briefings and enforce HSE compliance.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and logs.
- Assist in resolving site issues and escalate technical matters when needed.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 6–8 years in civil infrastructure projects; at least 3 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and standards.
- Familiarity with UAE construction codes and safety practices.
- MS Office skills, AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are an advantage.
