About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in the Zoho ecosystem and/or ERP solutions, with a passion for building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE, focusing on Zoho solutions and solutions catering to Distribution, Logistics and Warehousing.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the UAE.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the Zoho ecosystem and/or ERP solutions (Zoho CRM, Zoho One, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong understanding of business processes, digital transformation, and SaaS/ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- UAE market experience and existing network is highly desirable.
