As we expand our business footprint, we are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Business Development Executive to drive corporate growth, secure strategic accounts, and strengthen our market leadership.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will identify and convert high-value opportunities, build lasting corporate relationships, and deliver tailored transportation solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong B2B sales background in transportation, hospitality, logistics, or events.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition
- Identify and pursue B2B opportunities in target sectors including hotels, travel agencies, event organizers, and corporate offices.
- Generate and qualify leads via direct outreach, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop proposals and negotiate long-term contracts aligned with client needs.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior decision-makers.
- Provide prompt communication and customized service to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Contribute to sales strategies for market penetration and revenue growth.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate internally on pricing, service bundling, and marketing initiatives.
4. Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or Odoo ERP.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports and pipeline forecasts.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and retention metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales/business development in transportation, hospitality, events, or travel in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of corporate contracting and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
