Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base and drive sales in the building maintenance and technical services sector. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of services such as electrical work, plumbing, AC maintenance, and cleaning. This role focuses on generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in building maintenance and technical services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property managers and facility management companies.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Provide regular sales reports and client feedback to management.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-focused, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with facility management and maintenance sectors is an advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.
