Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to expand our client base and boost sales across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. The role requires proactive lead generation, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning, market research, and effective communication. Candidate MUST have facility/building maintenance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, or industrial services is an advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
