Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our client base and increase sales in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The candidate must have solid knowledge and experience in facility/building maintenance services such as AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, and cleaning. This role focuses on lead generation, building long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in facility and building maintenance services (AC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and client feedback.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Mandatory knowledge of facility/building maintenance services (AC repair, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with facility management and maintenance services is an advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
