Business Development Executive (Facility Management Services Company)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong business relationships, and driving sales across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. This position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in multiple sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Research market trends and monitor competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in relevant industries preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial service markets is an advantage.
- Valid driving license preferred.
