Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition for our interior fit-out company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven experience in securing fit-out projects, and a strategic approach to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful projects.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development for interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
- Strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
- Proven track record of securing and managing high-value fit-out contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s interior fit-out market and local regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
