Key Duties:
- Generate new business leads through site visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, operations, finance) for project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Track payment collections and ensure AMC contract renewals.
- Provide regular sales and activity reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for landscaping and AMC services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable technical and service solutions.
- Ensure timely and professional handover from sales to execution teams.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales and service cycle.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client visits.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and sales plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
