RED BERRY CONSULTANCY L.L.C. is hiring a Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role blends sales expertise with accounting knowledge, and is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing roles while understanding the financial impact of business decisions.You will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, client communication, and account management. A strong foundation in accounting is essential to support strategic decisions and ensure financial alignment with sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Drive lead generation and follow up through the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sales and financial strategies.
- Analyse market trends and maintain competitive intelligence.
- Track performance metrics to ensure business development goals are met.
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation related to sales and account activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferred from accounting experience).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, including closing deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills CRM experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
