What You’ll Do:
✅ Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand Prosports’ reach across schools, communities, and corporate sectors.
✅ Drive enrollment growth for our academy programs, camps, and leagues.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
✅ Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and tailored packages to potential clients.
✅ Collaborate with marketing & operations to align campaigns and ensure quality delivery.
✅ Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets — with clear KPIs tied to performance.

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in sports, education, or lifestyle).
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Confident, driven, and highly organized.
✅ Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
✅ UAE experience & driving license preferred.
