Role Overview:
We are seeking Business Development Manager with a strong background in rea estate and holiday home business in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting property owners, securing new units for management, and fostering long-term relationships. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive growth and achieve business objective.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential property owners and real estate partners to establish new relationships.
· Conduct market research to identify key areas for holiday home rental opportunities.
· Negotiate and finalize agreements with property owners to include their homes in RBE.
· Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with Elegant Escapes.
· Act as the main point of contact for property owners, addressing concerns, providing updates, and offering support as needed.
· Collaborate with the management team to draft and negotiate contracts with property owners, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in line with company policies.
· Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new properties, accurate listings, and efficient management processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the Real Estate or Hospitality Industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of the Dubai real estate market and holiday home regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
