Sobha Realty is hiring Off-Plan Luxury Sales Managers to join our high-performing team in Dubai. If you're passionate, client-focused, and ready to grow in a fast-paced real estate environment—this is your chance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell premium and ultra luxury off-plan properties to local and international clients
- Conduct presentations and manage end-to-end sales cycle
- Build strong client relationships and close deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Having strong luxury retail background will also be considered
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluent in English; additional languages like French, Russian, German, Chinese, or European languages are a plus
