Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s housekeeping manpower supply and facility management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and continued business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service offerings tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of sector trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs—especially in housekeeping and soft services supply.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align services and workforce supply with client requirements and deliver on agreements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to generate leads and enhance the organization’s profile.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales within facility management—preferably focused on housekeeping manpower supply.
- In-depth understanding of facility management services, manpower supply practices, and local market dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is highly desirable.
