Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the full business development cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or related industries in the UAE.
- Strong network of contacts within the UAE real estate, construction, or design sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
